At DECOCO Jewelry, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our production and shipping timelines.

  • Production Time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Shipping Time: 13–16 business days after production is complete

1. Production Time

Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or customized, we require 2–3 business days to carefully craft, prepare, and package your jewelry before shipment. Production time does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy seasons (such as holidays or sales events), production times may be slightly longer, but we work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and carefully packaged, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Standard shipping takes approximately 13–16 business days depending on your location. Shipping times do not include production time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Tracking & Delivery

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside of our control.

5. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us so we can assist you.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DECOCO Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
